Another lady, distinguished in court just as Christina B., was five years into a relationship with Masterson in 2001 when she said she woke to him assaulting her during the evening, and retaliated and got him to stop by pulling his hair. Masterson’s legal counselors contended that that she had reexamined the episode lately solely after one more claimed assault she detailed couldn’t prompt charges.
The third lady, distinguished in court just as N. Trout, said Masterson assaulted her on a night in 2003 after he messaged advising her to go to his home, saying she had defined limits and was clear there was to be no sex. Safeguard lawyers said she realized she was going to his home for sexual purposes, that she intentionally remained the majority of the evening and that she looked for a dating relationship with him that she didn’t get.
